Common things, but it is regretted to say that RPF nor civil police take immediate action. Railway staff i.e driver or guard are helpless in this matter they can only call RPF or civil police. more

my brother was travelling mumbai to rourkela his laptop theft bilaspur station when went for water in train not any RPF or CRPF duty therefor the TT given a memo to brother for FIR when he reached rourkela went to RPF office for FIR on duty staff not entered fir and also teared the memo what was given by TT more

basically the railway staff has to be sensitive in their attitude then only the problems will be understood and solution found. more
