PANKAJ KUMAR GOSWAMI

My son applied online for COMEDK 2016 with application no: 75669 for the engineering stream in Karnataka State. He opted for appearing in Guwahati which will be held on 09.05.2016. We are trying to download the TAT which is the hall ticket for appearing in the exam. However, till date we are not able to do the same. We have written to the help desk on 03.05.2016 but till date no body has responded. The only toll free no is also not approachable because all the time after telling 'welcome to era foundation' the system will say that 'all our executives are busy , please wait for sometime' but ultimately no response could be received. I am continuously trying at the Phone No 18001036182 which is the only number given in their website. Noir any mail reply is received from help desk.
Can anyone guide me how to proceed so that my son can appear in the exam scheduled o 08.05.2016. more

The helpdesk has confirmed that the payment against the application was not succesfully made. Hance, the application has been concelled. more

The exam date is 08.05.2016 (Sunday) which appeared wrongly in the above post.
