Myntra and Jabong should be booked
I am new to this circle but see plenty of complaints against Myntra and Jabong sites about they levying gst above a discounted price.
Per consumer forum ruling “No one can charge more than the MRP, since that includes all taxes, including VAT. The charging of the GST on the discounted price amounts to deficiency in service and an unfair trade practice.”
Do the legal metrology officials not act against such malpractice???? more

Oh dear dear!!!! Sir, you call these scoundrels 'Authorities'? I doubt if they are even fit to sweep roads or clean up points of 'Sulabh Souchalais'. It is time when citizens gather and carry out mass VISARJAN of them in the Indian ocean. more

There is no clarity of policy and strict punishment for wrong doers. Most of the public are not aware of what is right and wrong. So where is the scope for punishing such criminals? The respective ministries are not worried about the down the line problems and not even a single statement or action is coming from them. more

I was planning to file a class action suite against all the major retailers as all the major retailers are doing the same practices. Against some of the retailers like Home Saaz, Ritu Wears etc. I could raise my concern and succeeded in stopping such practices. I had requested members to provide me the complaints to enable me to take up class action suit. Regret not even a single complaint was received. Hence this could not be done as yet. Meanwhile I had raised a petition for Department of Consumer Affairs to compel the officials to intervene in the matter. This petition had just 156 signatures only despite best of my efforts. In case we need any intervention of the officials to act, we ourselves have to rise first else ........... The petition can be seen in this circle itself by clicking tab petition above. more
