myntra insensitivity
Similar experience with Myntra. Ordered 4 shirts of 42 size. Two different styles from two suppliers. Their specification was not number based, had to choose M or L . After delivery I found 2 were larger and 2 smaller. Accidentally the tags were removed and could not be located. When I placed the order the specifications were different. Myntra changed the size specifications in their web site to contend that they were not wrong. I am still holding outsized and undersized shirts. Cannot use them more

i had a similar experience with myntra. i bought 2 tshirts which in their description on the site was 100 % cotton and when they arrived they were polyester. i am severely allergic to polyester. my skin breaks out with rashes with polyester. of'course they didn't take it back, citing some lame return policy and i told them its not about getting the money back but about how callous there approach is to a matter like this. they are simply misinforming the customer and also playing with people lives and health. more
