NAME BOARDS ON TRAINS TO BE CLEAR FOR THE PASSENGERS TO BOARD THE RIGHT TRAIN :

The attached picture of the sign board on train , will not be of any use for an old man like me with just average intelligence ;it will be hard to hazard a guess where I am . Imagine the multitude of passengers looking out for the trains manually as the
Public announcement in the Platforms is more used for Advertisements , and the decibel level is adjusted to out noise the noise generated in the station and not for clarity .

Then the wrong announcement of the platform numbers .
Themselves tense and unsure about locating the train , they are invited by this Sign board in the Train .

Only the person who gave the idea of saving on revenue for Railways by making the a 3 in one Sign Board . Forgetting all the norms and responsibilities of keeping the tense passenger as calm & cool as possible ;this only adds to the woes , confusions & nervousness .

KINDLY SHARE YOUR OPINIONS AND SUGGESTIONS AS WELL, TO MAKE SIGN BOARDS FOR TRAINS MORE MEANINGFUL . more
