Name Change of circle

I noticed this circle name change from improving consumer affairs to sharing consumer experience/ratings.

Recently appreciated Mr. Virmani's ratings on snapdeal and some other companies.

Ecommerce companies are promising moon and taking customer for ride. One of them I recently used promised 2 days delivery and took 13 days to deliver something from Haryana to Noida. Shame Shame. more

I have an IFB Washing machine. Their service is very bad. I am planning for buying a new washing machine in Noida. Can people share their experience of washing machines in Noida. more
"Caveat Emptor" This should be the motto of all those of us buying online. We cannot put our faith in matters that we cannot control. If we do, we should not complain. I have purchased a lot of stuff online and have had both bitter and sweet experiences. I have learned that one should not buy from aira gayra ecommerce sites. Even in reputed sites, one should buy from certified sellers. We as customers should educate ourselves. And BTW with my years in healthcare... please do not buy any medicines online. Unless you are buying direct from the company, and that should be a standard reputed company. Not a chota mota local guy. Once again "Caveat Emptor" - Let the buyer beware. more
I agree with Mr. Pamnani. There are too many issues being raised and white papers being prepared but there are no reports on actions taken based on these white papers. more
yes, brands and service providers like Chemist who sell nakli medicine and websites who deliver bad products 10 days late are to be penalized and barred. Same is homeopaths who advertise get your hair back and charge you 10000 Rs for nothing. more
