SHRI HARI VASUDEVA Terrorism has become universal nowadays. what are the route causes. It is nothing but for money, money and money. Especially in our country where corruption is deep routed, . Terrorists and infiltrators are groomed and nursed very well by our own politicians for their political gains. They are not at all botherd about their country as long as their political career is at the helm. Even a lay man know the powers vested with the central Govt. Why this is not exercised properly.why there is different rules for different states. A Kashmiri can buy land any where in the country but a non kasmiri cannot buy one sq. ft of land in Kashmir. Why this step motherly treatment. The govt knows the flow of foreign aid or funds to various orgnisations in India. They also know how these funds are diverted for the anti national activities. But why it is not totally curbed.completely ban such aids or funds or monitor as to how it is utilised. Recently I read in papers that hundres and hundreds of madrasas and place of worship ( minority) have come up on the Indo Bangladesh border. Lakhs and lakhs of bangladeshis have illegally infiltrated into India. How this is possible. That too, the interrnational borders are guarded by the BSF personnel.Here the vitamin M plays.After all what is the monthly salary a BSF jawan gets.With his meagre income, can he dream of owning a house, decent education to his children. If all the jawans are sincere, honest patriots etc etc, even an ant is dare enough to infiltrate into India. There is a famous proverb in Kannada saying "HANA ENDREY HENAANU BAAYI BIDUTHEY'. Means, even a corpse opens its mouth on thevery sight of currency notes. A corrupt corporator earns crores of rupees in just an year but his car driver or personal guard hardly gets Ten thousand rupees a month. Take for example the cases pertaining to Former chief Ministers of karnataka, Tamil nadu, Bihar etc. Their cases are going since many years but still they are netas. Ensure that all corruption cases are finalised within a maximum period of one year. Take for example Singaporeans. The govt employees are paid hefty salary. So they are not all tempted by any illegal incentives.Even punishment is also very severe. And it is strictly followed. So, charity begins at home. If govt employees are properly fed, they will not prey for mall illegal gains. if they still corrupt, dismiss them or put them behin bars. we are aware that whenever there is going to be a strike, bandh etc, as a precautionery measure, all the rowdy and anti social elements are taken into preventiv custody by the police. That means, the govt is fully aware of the where abouts of all such anti social elements. Similarly, they are also aware of the hide outs, of the terrorists, their source of livelihood ( foreign funds etc), th illegal routes of the infiltrators etc. Mercilessly cut off these routes with an iron hand, Once these organisantions starve for funds, their activity will automatically comes to an end gradually. Also arrest all the family members from wher the terrorists/infiltrators are residing/hiding. This will demoralise the morale of their well wishers and supporters. Bolo Bhrath matha ki jai, Namaskar. While we wrap up the Hygiene/Sanitation discussion and continue our review on Legal/Judicial reforms, we will begin the discussion on another important priority identified by the circle - Strong National Security and Anti Terrorism Framework. The last decade has observed a series of terror attacks in various cities of India taking many lives. Infiltration has been a major issue as well.
