Never have milk with salt, e.g. salted butter toast with milk, packaged cornflakes contain salt (check it on the pack). As per ayurved you cannot have salt with milk otherwise skin problems might occur. more  
Yes it is useful. Further for any skin disease we should take care of our food that, salt should not be taken with any milk or milk products directly or indirectly. I have experience on this. more
