NATURAL MOTHER denied rights
I am seeking advice. A natural mother is being denied for meeting rights to her kids (one 7 yr girl child & 4 yr boy) since last 6 months by her in-laws & very educated Husband. They had assaulted her when she had gone to meet kids. This new was in Z- TV (marathi) too.
Judge is acting biased. He is postponing deliberately decisions for talking on PHONE even. Mother is passing through tough phase.
Can I
1. complain of judge to Chief justice?
2. Can this matter be exposed
3. Should the mother go forcibly & call media? more

I would say the matter is to be referred to Chief Justice of India giving all facts and figure. Also can take a prominent Media house help like ZEE news or INDIA TV.Send aletter to Women empower and child minister Menaka Gandhi. more

Judicial System has taken very good care of safeguarding their rights. You visit the Court website of any State/District and though there are provisions of tracking the progress of case and viewing the verdict uploaded on the case number. There is never any provision to complain against the Judges. I have personally searched HC & SC web pages. These Judges are clever and have devised the webpage in a manner to safeguard themselves. Corruption in Judiciary is also deep rooted and though Judges and Courts make claims of Nobody being above Law, they might say in a smaller breath inside their heart : except we Judges. Although Impeachment is a way of removal of a Judge but the process is very tedious. I had faced this while complaining to the Bar Association of Ahmedabad against a Lawyer. So all the Liars and Judicial thieves are thick skinned and stick together. more

Yes this matter can be exaggerated in the Media and Press but Media person should be well known to the Mother. more
