NCRC should be roped in

Is Ministry of Consumer Affairs or I mean national consumer helpline time also looking at roping in National Consumer Redressal Commission. People including myself are unaware of how to fight for our rights legally and a person or two from NCRC to stay connected with us will help. more

Supreme Court PIL can be reviewed and Appealed. As you had already taken up the matter to such a length - more advisable to have some more courage and sustain some inconvenience, but to get the results. My hearty support and congratulations for your efforts. more
It is desirable to make little study from the material available on the website of NCDRC. They have placed key points and how to file a complaint. If u have any doubt after going thru the format about what kind of information to be included, u can seek help through this medium. more
Since, the judicial system all over india is having paucity of judges / courts they are over burdened. One can not expect judgement/justice in time desireed time. An atmosphere conducive for the one indulging in malpractices or exploiting the atmosphere to their convenience. Hence a social plateform need to be created to raise voice for detterrent punishment to the errorants directly or indirectly. Making public , controlling authorities and the errorant aware of the images public carry about their goods and services effectting their future potential markets domestic / international/stocks/landers/bankers/investors aliike. Compelling them to act responsibly. Otherwise peoples voice would be raised to deafen level and one may loose even political mileage. more
It is not that judges are overworked, but the judicial system is so rotten with DATES upon DATES, influence of powerful people / lawyers, corruption & various court vacations that a common man can not expect justice. We are far behind the world in this crucial area. more
I have taken up consumer protection cause for the past 4 years. I started knocking AP state commission to bring some order. I could bring some degree of change in the way cases are disposed. They were aware I read all judgements and also aware what cases getting side tracked. Then I started studying NCDRC and found they have no decipline. Started complaining to them and directly talking to them. Months passed, but it did not change them a bit. Started putting grievances in PGPortal. Then I come to know the officials in department of consumer affairs. Then secretary wrote letter to president NCDRC. But, no change. I asked for 2 reports on confonet.nic.in to make what is happening in all consumer courts. They promised to post adjournment data and case disposal statistics category wise. They were stopped by some agency and not posting these 2 reports for last 2 years. Now the fight is to get these reports up. As this was taking time filed a PIL in supreme court. It was dismissed without even hearing on 1st Feb 2016. I am still trying my best to make my PIL relooked into. Sri SN Mittal 's requisite suggestion indeed is helpful considering the sincere and prompt attempts of these localcircles.com for the purposeful goal . The mission of Consumer Forum is to address justice as fastest possible at ease and at a lesser cost to common citizen who cannot employ a paid lawyer . If the NCRC is represented for the benefit of the members of this Circle , naturally there will be maximum help to most of the common people for speedy and appropriate justice and security to the Indian Consumer and is indeed necessary in the increasingly developing Business Enterprises with global planning . more
