Need advice about consumer forum

Hi.
I had posted 2 months ago about a defective Daikin air conditioner.I told Daikin about the defect in the AC and they said that it was damaged and offered me a repair of my new unit. I refused and asked for replacement. This went on for nearly 20 days. I talked with their manager for 30 minutes and he said that he would tell the status by next day. He didn't respond for 15 days. So, I sent them an email that I was going to the consumer forum for refund since they were not replacing my defective AC and for the delay in service and then they immediately responded that they were ready to replace it. But they didn't say anything (call or email about the status) for 15 days again.

I sent them an email again and they said that they're ready to replace it. But, one day the AC showed an E8 error ( input current overload for outdoor unit). I asked them to replace both indoor and outdoor units and they agreed. Few days later, they called me and told me that they were replacing indoor unit only because it was defective. I told them that I want both units to be replaced because both were defective.

They took nearly a week and then finally sent a technician to check the error. The technician who came to check the error was the same one who installed the AC without checking for defects. We asked him about this and he lied that he didn't install the AC. He also accidentally threw the AC remote. The indoor unit's front panel door isn't closing now after his visit.

Doubtful about the quality of the AC and the delay in their service, I asked them to provide 1 year additional warranty so that I wouldn't regret taking the replacement instead of refund (they said refund isn't possible as per their policy). They refused to give warranty.

Now one manager says that unit is not defective and that they're giving the replacement for my satisfaction. He also said that I was not interested in taking replacement and that I was delaying the replacement as my unit is in good condition. Another manager "suggested" me to take the replacement unit and to sell it to someone.

I'm going to the consumer forum since they gave me a defective product and wasted my time with their delayed service. I'd be happy if someone helps me to know how to file the case in consumer forum ( complaint format, how to represent ourselves in the forum etc.) more
