Need Better suggestion

Hi,
I am having pain in left portion of my mouth. I visited dentist near my house, I already had root canal from him a month ago. He examined and said nothing serious but a layer is removed from the teeth adjacent to the cap which was root canaled also there is some gap in that teeth. He applied some anti-sensitive solution, provided antibiotics and an anti-sensitive toothpaste and told me to observe for a day for sensitivity and advise to come after a day if sensitivity does not go as he will apply the solution again and recommended to fill the gap once sensitivity getaway.
As I was not convinced with his suggestion so I visited another dentist and after examination he told me there is extra paste which is available near cap (root canal) which is forcing my teeth and removed that. He applied cold water and air and it was all fine as I was not feeling sensitivity any more.
Now on next day in morning I felt sensitivity again.
Now I am not sure which dentist I need to consult for my teeth sensitivity. I am feeling being charged with no result. So need some suggestion to get rid of this sensitivity pain. more

warm salt water rinses, couple of times a daily has been very effective. thanks. more
Dear Mr. Singhal your sensitivity might be bcoz of two reasons: 1- your adjacent tooth's enamel(protective layer) might have chipped off whilr preparing your RC treated tooth.. 2- on removal of extra paste you mentioned. That paste must have exposed your root surface..which is very sensitive to oral environment my suggestion continue using anti-sensitivity toothpaste with a very soft bristled brush for about a month also start doing war m salt water rinses 4-5 times a day.. do it for 15 days...if still no relief..then please visit a hospital dentist. as you will find all specialists under one roof good luck more
DO seek an advice from a periodontist .. let a specialist handle this..... more
Dear Mr Singhal, I take it that you got the best treatment for your dental problem. Do one thing. Just do inhale the steam for 2-3 minutes three times a day. If you get some relief then consult the ENT specialist for your sinus problem besides the dentist. Sinus also do trouble and looks like a severe toothache. more
