Need DEVELOPMENT IN INFRASTRUCTURE FOR BETTER RAIL

Please focus on the raising the level of all platforms so that it matches with the floor levels of coaches as every days many citizens loosing their life as well so many fatal accident takes place while boarding or alighting the train.
For last 70 years no one has focused on these basic requirements of citizens as there was no such channel provided earlier by the government to welcome any suggestion for improvement in railways, hence we appreciate this NDA government to provide the channels to send our valuable suggestion for the improvement in railways.

This is a very valid safety features for the passengers traveling through railways, also gap between coach and platform should be zero zero for easily boarding/alighting the train.

Parcel van loading and unloading should be mechanized so that manual laborer can be avoided and our costly parcel that is electronic/electrical/bikes can be loaded / unloaded safely for the parcel van and easily /fast dispatch should take place. more

Yes at each Railway station the height of the platform must be increased especially for the suburban sections. We invite the kind attention of the Railway Minister , more
I had pointed out long back the dangerous design of boarding ladder of double decker trains. As it is the entry level of coach is higher than pf of even major stations. The steps are vertically in one line. So while detraining one can not see other steps and consequently have to jump down. The alternative is to do what the drivers do--get down with your back facing the pf and holding support rails, which many are not used todo. For safety the ladder should slope towards the pf sothat the steps are visible from the top and closer to pf. more
there will always be a gap between train coach and the platform. This is essential for preventing the contact between the two to avoid an accident. There are laid down norms for that. While undue gaps should be bridged, it is also the the responsibility of travellers to mind the gap for their own safety. Most such accidents occur for attempting to board a running train. more
