Need expert advice

I am a software professional doing freelance and consultation work. However towards end of 2011, I entered into a partnership agreement with 3 other people for a different business. We only spent money on it, and did not make any earnings.. people have lost interest in that, and are not even responding to my emails. Is there a way I can sue rest of the people to get back my investment? Partnership deed was not registered with registrar of shops and firms.. So any guidance is highly appreciated.

You can file case inter-se partners without registered partnership but if you are going to file case against non partners then it is compulsory registration required otherwise suit is barred by section 69 of partnership Act.
