Need FSSAI and Consumer clarification
Water is being sold without FSSAI, BIS markings and more and more of it will happen as summer progresses. What actions are being taken by GOI to regulate.
We dont want to end up paying 20 rupees for a bottle of water costing 5 rs or less.
Is there an enforcement mechanism such that these sellers cannot operate in market. I urge everyone to report such brands in here by taking picture so we all come to know what is non standard. more

Poor quality is water is a common complaint. Let there be a standard for packaged water. more

We do come across some cases booked for poor quality of water and spurious brands . The numbers are so many , the the authorities should develop some mechanism to check each and every Factory that produces Mineral water and 20 liter bubble packs. In bubble packs we the condition of the containers and how they are transported ; are they subject to cleaning before they are filled. more
