Need help
I am undergoing very tough time with my fracture and looking for any medical help.
I had a fracture in my left arm ulna bone past 8 yrs back and the elbow also got dislocated. At that time the orthopaedic I consulted performed the surgery and inserted a plate in my arm. At that time my arm got healed. I was not married then and have spent 8 yrs with no major issue.
But sometimes during these years my arm pained if I performed any heavy task (especially after marriage due some household work) and slowly and slowly it did not look straight.
The major problem now came when I was blessed with a child. Initially I used to carry my baby with my left arm alone unknowingly that I have something major. But slowly the arm swelled. Then I visited my old orthopaedic and he said it is fracture and even your old plate has broked.
Now I have consulted renowned orthopaedic of Delhi and undergone surgery again wherein a replating and bone grafting has been done. But now after 2 months of this surgery still my arm is very painfull and elbow is stiff and I am not able to do full movements.
Can someone please guide me how to overcome this. I have small kid and having lot of problems due to this.

Consult your primary surgeon , if you want gud second opinion i need to clinically examine u and need xrays , you can see me in Saket City hospital on 3rd September tuesday between 10-12 noon. Hi Anurag thanks for your reply. My current orthopaedic has advised me not to undergo any physiotherapy as the arm may broke again if some extra stress is applied. He has said to do exercises on my own. But increase in arm movements due to this is very slow in past 1.5 months. Where can I consult you ? I am staying in delhi. more
