Need to clarification on 'Scheme Certificate' issued by EPFO, Bangalore

Hello....I have got a 'Scheme Certificate' from EPFO, Bangalore which says your family is entitled for family pension benefits in case of my death before 58.

It also says on attaining the age of 58, the certificate should be surrendered along with claim form 10C / 10D.

What is the meaning of the second line ? Am I entitled for pension after I am 58 ?

Can somebody clarify this please ? more
