Need to Survey and Settle the Lands
We had discussions on the issue of holding Excess Land Possessions beyond the Land Ceiling Limits in force while discussing on various issues pertinent to lands grabbed , lands misused , and the thousands of acres of land idle with the contractors and awardees of SEZ , Industrial Parks , Knowledge parks , Export Parks , Studios etc., etc., .
We had also discussed about the Government lands grabbed and kept in their illegitimate possession even those pertaining to Water Streams , Water Tanks and even Drainages .
Since there is no action on the side of governments suitably and properly , still , even in these days , Government Lands were set for ill-full manipulation in the Record of Rights Register and Pahanis [ Adangals ] also changing the Banjar Lands of govt. as the Dry Patta Land of an individual . Since the government is vigilant on this area being opted for an Air Port near by , using intelligence , arrested the Tahsildar who was taking bribe of 7.5 lakhs rupees along with Surveyor and the Licensed Surveyor .
As we number of times suggested , the Central Government is now to take necessary decision to arrange for Resurvey and Settle the lands as per the Titles in Force as well as the Land Ceiling Laws in Force and life .
THIS EXERCISE WILL BRINGIN LAKHS OF ACRES LAND TO govts. out of those Vested lands as per Ceiling Acts ; BRING IN THOUSANDS OF ACRES OF LANDS MANIPULATED IN THE R,O.R. of Revenue records ; BRING IN THOUSANDS OF ACRES OF govt. lands grabbed .
This exercise also corrects the records of Revenue and the Sub-Registrar Offices if the Title Ownership of lands are compared and set equally confirming the Owner of Land on which Government Benefits , subsidies , grants , Reliefs are based SOME OF THEM WHICH HAVE BEEN IN MISUSE .
Please do the needful to cater the Seized lands towards promotion of Industries , Schools , Colleges , Needed Tanks and , to fulfill the Housing needs of the general poor families . more

THE FORMER FINANCE MINISTER OF KERALA STATE HAD BEEN ESPOUSING THE URGENT NEED FOR A "LAND BOOK" TO SHOW THE DETAILS OF ACTUAL OWNERSHIP OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY , IN PLACE OF THE PRESENT STAMPED PAPER PROCEDURE . THEREBY ALL KINDS OF BENAMIS , TAX EVASION, ETC. OTHER MACHINATIONS WOULD BE CURTAILED IN REAL ESTATE EXCHANGE. HOWEVER , THIS WENT AGAINST THE INTEREST5 OF THE MAIN BENEFICIARIES , THE CORRUPTED POLITICAL CLASSES AND THEIR CRONIES IN KERALA STATE. THE CENTRAL GOVT. WOULD BE ABLE TO CATEGORISE ALL IMMOVABLE PROPERTY IN A SINGLE DATABASE (STATE WISE ) ON A CENTRAL GOVT. WEBSITE , FOR COMPUTERISATION OF ALL THE REAL ESTATE & LAND OWNERS, IF SUCH A COMMON PROCEDURE IS FOLLOWED ALL OVER INDIA. THEREBY , TAX EVASION AND CORRUPTION AND MANIPULATION OF LAND RECORDS WILL LESSEN TO A GREAT EXTENT. WILL THE BJP GOVT. DO THIS URGENTLY ? UNIVERSAL LAND CODE, UNIVERSAL VEHICLE CODE , ETC. ARE FAR MORE IMPORTANT FOR A DEMOCRATIC GOVT. THAN SOME UNIVERSAL CIVIL CODE !!!! more

we have different types of land grabbing:All are certainly illegal. Remedies are same , that is to hand over back to the original title holder. But processes are different. 1. Govt land grabbed by individuals/ party people. 2.Individual land grabbed by other individual/s, benami firms etc.with help of political parties. 3.Individual land grabbed by Institutions . 4. Poromboke lands grabbed and misused by individuals/ groups. 5. Wrongly classified lands during Town Survey. Central Govt and state Govts. have to take up this matter urgently and set right things. Private individual land of almost an acre belonging to my family has been grabbed by Benami company of person related to the Ruling AIADMK Party in Chennai.This has been done by forging and fabricating documents and till date we are fighting for our land. This is Tamilnadu. There is absolutely no transparency .RTI in tamilnadu does not act . It is ineffective. Everything is shady.Absolutely politically clouded. more

Apart from vested interests of indians THERE ARE INTERESTS OF 'LAND GRABBING' BY CREATING DIFFICULTIES TOWARDS LIVING HINDUS (EXAMPLE COW SLAUGHTERING ON STREETS /IN FRONT OF HOUSES AND SO ON // then OFFERING MORE PRICE OF ONE PART OF A HOUSE (UNDIVIDED) WITH COMMON BATHROOMS THE ISLAMIC MANENTERS BY PURCHASE RIGHT AND THEN THE OTHER ONE HAS TO LEAVE AT A LOW PRICE)......and so on ALL UNDER 'SECULARISM' A FALSE ONE! more
