NEET AND TAMIL NADU GOVERNOR

Tamil Nadu government and some political parties have accused Tamil Nadu governor for not forwarding the resolution by the assembly demanding repeal of NEET examination in Tamil Nadu , to the President.

The fact is that Supreme court has clearly ruled that NEET exam has to continue.

The stand of the Tamil Nadu Government that NEET exam in Tamil Nadu should not take place is against the verdict of the Supreme court and can even be considered as contempt of Supreme Court.

How can a Governor forward a resolution to the President, when the resolution is against the verdict of the Supreme court?

Tamil Nadu Governor is absolutely justified in not forwarding the resolution to the President.

Let Tamil Nadu government appeal to the Supreme Court and let Supreme Court decide on the appeal.

It is distressing that when there are pressing issues in Tamil Nadu, the state government is pre occupying itself with NEET which amount to wasting it’s time.

Now it is the self DMK own ego which is trying to hold the tail of the tiger if they release the tail that will be the end for DMK and allies. Now the faith among student community is under great question. already mid age 1990 + people lost faith in DMK every stage of people in TN realized who and what is DMK and " their policy "cheat for vote" policy so Governor should declare that this is a supreme court verdict and remove NEET is not good for medical profession and only private mafias will enjoy as already PM indirectly mentioned on the inauguration of 11 medical college function more
TN Government knows the solution is from Supreme Court only. Even if they go to Supreme Court, they will definitely lose. They just play politics with this NEET. They don't need permission of PM in this regard. If they can convince SC, even PM can do nothing. They will fight like this through media through out their tenure of 5 years and then their fight will intensify during the next election just like they assured that their first signature after assuming power in TN will be to abolish Tasmac. more
NEET is applicable for all of India. Let the students of TN not get isolated and face the accusation of being incapable of facing the challenge. As it is students of Tamilnadu have proven their mettle by doing well in NEET. The politicians should not play around with the future of students. more

Yes, you may be right in saying so, don't you think the legal cell of DMK might be aware of the court order. Then how come the DMK CM is not updated on this. Alternatively do you suggest that despite that DMK is doing so. more
DMK legal wing knows this. Having committed that the neet would be abolished,if voted to power, they have Play to the gallery. Blame Apex court, central government more
