Neglect in public Provisions of Constitution
Public lively-hood Essentials like Free Elementary Education , Aided Education upto Intermediate under article 15[4] , 45 and 46 read with 21 ; Healthcare Free PHC & Taluq Hospitals under article 47 & 48 ; Provision of Earning Opportunities either through Industries/institutions or Self Employment & Business through and under article 48 and 21 THOUGH REALLY FALL UNDER FUNDAMENTAL PROVISIONS were grossly set aside since 25 years permitting Indian Unskilled and SemiSkilled also go off to Gulf Countries for livelyhood .
The National Income of Produces and those like Taxes & Duties have been set to corruption in all Fields while the National Wealth from Natural Resources was also neglected allowing continued Robbery & even Smuggling .
The Indian Society was also getting diversified and the Governments & Courts even not thinking on the lines of Restrictive Clauses of article 19 [2] to [6] and , the article 14 Equality for all without discrimination through caste & Religion ; article 44 of Uniform Civil Code that carries Equality and Equal application of Laws in the spirit of article 14 ; as well as article
48 , the Aggriculture alongwith promotion of Cows and Calves for the Poor to live and lead .
These issues made some participants in our Circle for Legal Advise and Matters to opt for formation of a FORUM FOR CONSTITUTIONAL REMEDIES in the name of NLFNP under NGO provisions though a website set in localcircles TO PAVE A PATH FOR ACHIEVING THE Public Welfare Provisions of our Constitution .
Everybody is requested to think and join to move the Courts and Justice also to move fast for good governance in the Country . In this connection , we have to memorize the strength of our positive Participation in this Circle on various Posts cited by the localclrcles Managing Team which are in deed finding place in the lead of the rule towards the anticipated goal and support this NLFNP also please . more

While this is so , it is found that a Bank has identified their LENDING OF ABOUT 75 LAKHS LOANS ON the Fake/Created Land Titles documents of Revenue Departments WHILE IN THE PREVIOUS YEAR , THE A.P. Govt caught above Thousand such Fake Title documents of Revenue Department and the number of Banks had identified as Fake and sought Government 's help . more

It is really disastrous that even the Subsidized Govt. Ration Rice ; Grants etc., also allowed for misuse and loot along with National Natural Produces and Wealth since Decades while the States and the State as a whole grossly neglected on either implementing the Provisions of Constitution OR EVEN ON ENFORCING ARREST OF Robbery and Loot of National , and Public Income and Wealth . Supreme Court and High Courts are to realize this Fundamental issue even now please . more
