Neglectful coach attendantS of A4 & A5 OF RAJDHANI EXP ON 26TH JAN 2019

My 2 berths allotments were i A5 & A4 , BOARDING AT ALD (real time 23-42hrs but due late run actual time was 00-50 hrs with 2 min stop) . As we tried to board 7 ;assengers got down and 10 boarded within 2 mins! After boarding I had to search for coach attendants for change of bed sheets (they were discovered in their alloted chambers) WITH GREAT ANNOYANCE ONE CAME DOWN FRO THERE TO ASK 'HAVE YOU NOT GOT BED SHEETS?' AND LATER SHOWED MUCH DISREGARDFUL WORDS AS IF THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO SLEEP KNOWING THAT PASSENGERS WILL BOARD ! When TTE came afdter 20 mins matter was told but he as if its a normal matter with contractual men on rajdhani he tried to paciify ! GREAT!
WE HEAR MEN ARE JOBLESS (PARLIAMENTARIANS SHOUT BUT ON GETTING A JOB WORKING HAS TO BE OF LOW STANDARD? I AM QUESTIONING both real and top administration will passenger paying fares suffer at the hands of job seekers/ job doers ?

The passenger can asked for ratings about other parameters in the same SMS Like Cleanliness, Food Quality , Seats Quality , Staff Behavior and so on which will promptly gointo DATABASE servers of Railways and Staff Rating , Vendor Rating can be achieved statistically which may become mandatory for taking decisions regarding Payments , Promotions, etc. more  
There is no need to collect certificate, The SMS carrying PNR info should inform the passenger of Coach Attendant details and ask for Performance Ratiing from the Passenger in reply to SMS . thus each passenger will be free to give fair rating as per his / her experience. more  
I am frequent Traveller of rly. I observed followings. 1) The Coach attendants need training & they should aware of Rules. 2) These peoples are providing bedding to short distance passengers also who are travelling for 3-4 hrs. in day time. It is wastage of money.Rly. can save money just by implementing these rules. No Bedding is to be provided for Short Distance Passengers. The rly should make the strict rule that Lower Berth is NOT available for sleeping from 7.00 AM to 9.00 PM & No bedding is to be provided . If Provided ask TTE to take care of implementation of the rules. The Peoples who is getting lower berth in AC 3 T/ 2 T & 1 st are sleeping through out the journey make another passenger who is holding upper berth . He can not sleep / sit throughout the journey. 3) The peoples who are handling the bedding roughly should be penalised. These are EDUCATED DONKEYS who do not have social sense & responsibility how to use nations property. 4) The BED ROLL is to be taken before 30 minutes expiry of the journey of passenger. 5) Towels & Bed sheet should be collected from Each berth & keep separately. The attendants are proving same sheets to new passengers saying the stock is out. more

There is need for abolish the post of Coach attendent , For service purpose need of contractual assistant to be paid on performance certificate basis, they have to collect performance certificate from passenger running in their Coach daily basis more
