Negligence of Delhi people

Father who is a GP in Delhi tells me many patients refused to get tested over the Diwali weekend, as they did not want to spoil their day . Today he is seeing so many of their family members with similar symptoms.
It is sad to see people forgetting to protect their loved and especially the vulnerable ones . more

Actually today,s generation has no value of money and think that everything is possible so they do not think of future ,such happenings are now a days common. Actually 70 -80 yrs generation is responsible for such thoughts since love shown was half hearted not true. more
To give honest views, no need to remain ANONYMOUS. What the Circle Member" saying is quite correct. But let me say that the problem is not related to Delhi. It is a problem all over the country in large cities. The "CHALTA HAI" attitude of Indians is typical. We only rectify ourselves a bit if we are fined or get punished. But unfortunately, there are not enough honest people available to collect fines, nor enough honest judiciary to allot punishment. more
We are, in my observation, a nation of people who are careless, who don't realize the danger to themselves and to others. You can see this in the way they walk, ride or drive, every minute of every day. In addition, they are also a crude and ungovernable lot. Any rule, by govt or some other admin body, is only observed in flouting it. Also, we can appreciate the actions of these "bodies", which mostly are only knee-jerk reactions and never scientific, cause based, analyzed actions... after all, they are also part of the same type of people described above. So, we get what we deserve....and that is...? This is our lot. Today I wouldn't be surprised if the pandemic, God forbid, starts to claim much higher mortality rates... Today none of the figures you see in news are accurate or correct picture of the scale of the pandemic. Reduce testing...figures will go down...shall we all go home happy? Instead of all these, is there a scientific method? Then, the bodies would want to use Draconian measures, which inconveniences all of us. Where is the balance? Is it even possible? Yours is an uphill battle, and survival in an indefinable environment. more
With whatever you've penned, dear, you've hit the nail on the head.
And, much more hammering needs yet to be done.
But, the audience must have ears to listen...... more
