Neighbour mental torture
I am constructing my home which was adjacent to an advocate home. During my home construction the advocate asked me to use my north side lane for his use as he don't have sufficient place for his ventilation purpose. To avoid future legal issues i refused to allow him in my place. From that incident he filled complaint in local panchayat, Electriciy board as my house was illegal construction and asked them not to provide water and power. He send some labour to fix door to use my lane on his own without my permission. I repelled the labours. For that he filed police complaint against me that i beat that labours. TO finish my construction i am struggling as he send complaint against me in all govt office. From this incident my father was so stressed and admitted in hospital for heart attack. I am very much stressed with his mental tortures and need useful suggestion to punish him for his illegal activities. Local police refused to file complaint as he was practicing as a lawyer and notary in same place. Plz give suggestion to get ride of my problem. I want to put fullstop for his acts. more

This is what we have to pay for. Our ignorance is DANGEROUS. Kare koi bhare koi. Khaye SARKARI bank babu, bharein ham. Scores of lacs of actual NPAs estimated, to be revealed from time to time and govt banks to be gradually bailed out from PUBLIC MONEY who paid direct and indirect taxes and suffering this Demonetization drive to fill the damage caused by the Bank babus by pro quo lending and NPAs. Mallya being the mask under which all the lakhs of crores of NPAs hidden. His is only 9 thousand crores and his assets much more than that worth from which can be covered. Mallya game a part of this NPA Scam. BANKS ARE NOW CASH STRAPPED & NEED CASH, HENCE THESE TYPE TACTICS AS DFEMONETIZATION. "Poora hisab do" drive.. Dear Friend, I suggest you first take advice and hire wise lawyer. write to Bar council of your region and file complain with detailed explanation with incidence with your father, also don't forget to attach your fathers medical reports. your lawyer can tak e ground of your mental and your father's physical as well as unnecessary expenditure with loss of health. put one detailed copy of complain with your area police commissioner. more

Yes.I also suggested same action. If you have clean records, papers and all approvals, nobody can stop you. You can legally proceed and ask for compensating you for the mental torture and stress.Take the help of a sincere and experienced lawyer. more
