filing a PIL may work ...other than this there is no solution more

filing PIL would be a costly experience. the department can take action based on complaint. running such activity are contrary to the norms of granting and renewal of licenses by the authorities.(BBMP) complaint has been lodged. Health officer acknowledged . verbally pro missed action but no action. more

Even Apartments are allowed for construction without having any Parking area for Cars and Scooters etc., Vehicles . The Building constructed is getting extended to 2 and 3 floors also without providing any parking place for their Vehicles though huge rents are collected . Municipal and or Regulatory Authorities have to enforce the Rule and the Law for Houses and Apartments WHILE THE COURTS SHALL TAKE POSITIVELY THIS CONCEPT please . more

It is not neuro problem but Living is becoming hell for healthy citizens due to small issues and regulatory authorities not taking cognizance. Example parking vehicles and taking in and out in narrow lanes and Beep sound at odd hours associated with it. more
