I have not used Netra Taran but my number improved after I did eye treatment in Pondicherry. there was this eye doctor near the Aurobindo Ashram who had a full alternative treatment for eyes. he made me stop wearing glasses since then and now, I can function without glasses except for very small fonts. i am 63, so it is natural. Google eye yoga. The exsrcises could help. more

Applying Saliva - laar like kajal, early in morning benefitting till eyes are operated for any reason. There is procedure for this therapy, One has to brush and clean mouth properly before going to bed and apply the saliva in the morning before mouth wash and brush. more

It is called Netra Tarpanam. It did reduce spec number in my case but the improvement gradually got reverted over a period of time. more
