NEVER BUY any LG product

I purchased a new led from LG on 14.03.2015. I am facing problem in sound since I purchased the product. I complaint several times but LG customer care is pathetic.

I got the following complaint numbers: RNA150321006239 (given to Abhishek dwesar on dt 21.03.2015), RNA150320085944 (given to Abhishek dwesar on dt 20.03.2015), 150316053875 (given to Ankit Gupta on dt 16.03.2015 for reappointment), and 150316053875 (given to Ankit Gupta on dt 16.03.2015). Mr. Ankit visited my place one day later but given no resolution. He only instructed me to keep the TV under observation for 2 more days. I speak to him later on phone as well but he refused to even recognize the problem. I write one email to LG customer care on 21st March. got response assuring resolution within 24 hours on 22nd march at 09.36 am. Still no resolution or call. Meanwhile my complaint of 21st was again closed without any resolution or call on 21st itself, reason given Customer self repair. I again put one more complaint immediately, id RNA150321006239 (given to Abhishek Dwesar). The person visited my place in the evening. He never checked anything and just listen to the voice for about 2 mins. After that he asked me for the copy of my bill. He also said I will ask for replacement and speak to the branch head in this regards. He said to provide me resolution and replacement within one day. After that my complaint was again closed by LG (reason customer self care) on 22nd. I again put complaint with customer care on 22nd this time id is RNA150322049849 (Again to Abhishek Dwesar). I have not received any call from them till now. Meanwhile I call back several times to customer care for reminder. they told me to put a reminder call in this regards. I was also given numbers of service centre (8511129613) and CCO branch head Mr. Himanshu Kumar (9811354682). I was asked to contact them for resolution. I am trying to contact them since yesterday. Both of these numbers are unresponsive and no one pick up any call. Now I am in total mess and don't know what to do. I am still suffering with the complaint and no resolution is given since then.
Please suggest the steps which I shall take against the company. more

My experience with electronic goods has been digital : '0' or '1'. They either work perfectly or don't. And when they don't... Life is generally filled with hot and cold emails, lots and lots of phone calls, irate service men, inconsiderate call center executives, apologetic emails from managers, references to ombudsmen and appellate authorities... some home visits, exorbitant quotes for spare parts, mandatory service charges... smiles, frowns and all kinds of expressions.... but the product will not work! more
abhishek thank for your feedback i hope they changed the product now u r happy about the new tv. The only company take immediate customer feed back , i forwarded your mail to concerned person, now u r problem is solved . if any issues please contact me. thank you more
Mr. Jayakumar, I believe you have not experienced the so called customer care service of LG. It is not customer care, rather only customer suffer service. Only attending a call or replying back to any email does not solve problems. The engineers are not well equipped and moreover their attitude is to somehow put blame and find faults of customers instead of providing any solution. You can check my entire message, you will find the fact. Still I have not received any resolution to my original problem. I put my complaint with consumer forum on 23rd march in this regards. Meanwhile on 23rd itself my complaint was again closed without any callback or contact, any resolution or reason. I speak to customer care on 24th and 25th. Finally succeeding to put a complaint again on 25th. I got a call back after my complaint from LG office Noida on 25.3.2015 01.34 pm. The person apologies and ask me to call back to the service delivery head Mr. Gulati (9873335824) on his number. This person was again not ready to listen and always trying to put blame on my Dishtv connection problem. When I insisted for replacement and argued that your speaker is giving me buzz sound and your tv speaker is at fault, then I suggested him to give me a standby and take the TV to workshop and check it thoroughly. After you see problem then please replace my set with the new one. He agreed by my suggestion but suggested that he will get my set repaired. But I am not interested in repair as this problem might occur in future as well. My set is entirely new and this is a manufacturing defect. He just said 'let me see what can I do in this regards'. Next day (yesterday on 26.3.2015) finally LG has taken my TV for checking in their workshop. Now I am waiting for updates from their side. Still no update till now. Let's hope my problem finally get some solution. But seriously never again in my life I am going to buy any LG product. more
