Never buy Samsung -service is pathetic
The thing about it is they just dont show up giving experiences, earlier it was due gst they said.
Also they take all your into including model details part number etc and then a a fellow comes after 5-6 days to take the same information.
So inefficient.
I strongly urge consumer ministry to set up after sales services standards in the country.
If someone doesnt have after sales services network and response times they shouldnt be allowed to sell their wares and get aways. Several chinese companies selling appliances also doing this.
Need for standards and enforcemeent. Dont give them license otherwise more
