New Consumer Law

My case is struck up in State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission for 7 years. The opposition Lawyers are playing all tricks to delay the case. What help is new Consumer Law to me more

Unless there is time restrictions for keeping case pending, the condition of the judicial system will not change. May be some cases need long time , but this excuse is taken for all cases and in all courts. God only can save. more  
I have 'peaceful' experience! Although the judges(MEMBERS) in the State Commission recognised the case to be of fraud-cheating , but found the same to be complicated. The judges didn't call for any additional/supplementary evidence, didn't summon the accused - but dismissed the case (filed by 6 individual-victims ) to be a complicated one, and hence dismissed the case to be beyond their jurisdiction!!! more  
The words "justice delayed is justice denied" is very much applicable in Indian judiciary. In all developing countries, the situation is different. So far State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission is concerned, they hardly have full bench to hear the case. more  
hi, you can approach civil appellate side writ in the High court under art 226 and 227 constitution of India. and ask pray for time bound / expedite matter within 3 or 6 month... more  
It is the corruption. You have to pay bribe to the judge/member of tribunal to get the case resolved. It is well known fact that in India 90% judges including supreme court judges are corrupt. more  
Politicians, Govt. Servants, Bureaucrats and Businessmen, etc., etc., also are the Citizen like all please more  
Sir, which country do you live in? If it is ours then I suggest you give up hope. more
