New Delhi LG
How should we invite the new LG of Delhi to the circle. Is there a link that can be shared with him? Both him and Cm should connect and make a new beginning independent of Central Govt? I am in support of Mala. Let's go visit him if required more

This is again overlooking the basic ground reality - At the outset, the police anti corruption branch which used to under Delhi Government was taken away, AAP passed Jan lokpal bill for Delhi, file is stuck with centre, Mohalla clinics started - officers being transferred by LG/centre, no land for Bus depots granted, funds for MCD employees controlled by BJP not released by LG/centre so that they strike and AAP gets blame-----, the list is endless. The aim has been to ensure that all actions of AAP ranging from anti corruption to development are blocked and blame game starts, however, in spite of this, there have been successes like completion bridge in less the the budget cost and time, improvement in water supply, etc more

There may be many political maneuverings. But LG and Delhi CM must work at least within the powers vested in them for the good of Delhi and its people. Take example of Puduchery which also like Delhi has LG and CM. In Delhi blame game rules the roost. AAP has not till date shown any action that put it on a different horizon than other political parties. more

The Central Govt. will not allow the Delhi Govt to function as it is determined to demonstrate AAP cannot perform. The LG has to follow the diktats of the person appointing him, so one should not expect anything from him. Your intention is indeed laudable! It is an irony or tragedy for India and Delhi, that the party which was rooting out corruption is getting no support from any quarters. The ruling party, flush with funds is painting it black with its media channels, overruling it, obstructing its work, causing confrontation and then labeling the victim as the aggressor. The root cause of black money, political funding, is not being touched, but people who fight with honest money have CBI on their trail! more

The State of Delhi, though being an autonomous State, is not being allowed to function as one. Because, the Central Government is located in it. This is a conflict, which needs to find an otherwise/different solution. Three guesses are free..... more
