New India Assurance failed in renewing the policy.

I am a health-care policy holder of The New India Assurance Company Ltd through Canara Bank. Policy No. 45080034180400000276 was issued for the duration 20 Feb. 2019 - 19 Feb 20. Before the expiry of this policy, the Company was requested for its renewal remitting the premium of Re 22450/- through Cheque No.653422 drawn on Canara Bank which was credited to the Company on 17th Feb. 2020. However, the Company has not issued the renewed policy despite repeated requests, through email, since 25th August 2020. If any of the circle member suggest, what should I do? more
