I agree with Vishal. Kudos to all circle members for raising the issue of vaccine overcharging via the LocalCircles survey and the Honble Supreme Court which pulled up the Govt to get their act together on vaccine procurement.
Judiciary is desired to confine themselves in interpretation of law, instead of interfering in the administrative activities.
