Newly purchased HP laptop issue
I have purchased a new HP laptop online through flipkart on 06aug202, from the date of delivery it is having OS issue and very rarely i have used the laptop now it is completely stopped working. whenever i call HP customer care for help on helpline no provided by them they ask me to perform a test on laptop of min 3 hours and after the test when i contact them on next day they ask me to download a file of 20 to 25 GB data for resetting the laptop. Till now 3 times i have reset my laptop in just one month and still it is not working properly.
I'm feeling like i m working for HP laptop testing team everyday i wake, call HP and they assign me a work to perform a test it takes 3 hours again i contact HP (complete boomerang)
Now the laptop is not even starting and also unable to contact the toll free no.
Please suggest what i have to do??? more

Service centers are not controlled by manufacturers but are dependent on them. Some clear cut policy is required to control the service centers. more

Now a days HP Laptops complaints are coming and Company is not paying heed to the complaints properly,it is very unfortunate on part of company ,further Download Consumer App and upload your complaint also share it to Twitter, Facebook tagging HP India & Jago grahak jago . more

I do agree with all those who maintain that the online purchage of electronic goods should be avoided. But if one does this and gets cheated, instead of abusing the country, better to go to the Consumer courts and try to get your personal matter resolved. more

What a shame on this stupid country called India! You pay money for such items through your nose and then you are made to run from pillar to post. Nothing but disgusting, frustration and total CHALTA HAI type attitude guaranteed by this country's rotten constitution. No accountability. Some insane writes approaching some director of HP Services. Why that Director is not aware of complaints received by clients? Why the hell he is personally not taking initiative to contact the client and resolve his issue? These directors are nothing but mere school drop-outs. more

Hp or Flipkart do not represent the country. Remember, this country is feeding you and your family. So dont abuse the soil where you are doing soo soo and poo poo. more
