Newspapers stop objectifying women

Look at the attached. The screenshot of Times of India website. These guys in their right hand bottom corner show semi naked pictures of women every day. So does dainik jagaran and many other newspapers.

If media itself believes in benefitting from selling sex, how can we have any hope. The print paper local times is also like this. Children and teen love it. They read it before main paper.

Every member of this should stop visiting news paper websites and subscribing to such news papers.

Onky then will they learn a lesson more

From G. A. Narayana Swamy. No.1240, 2nd stage ML puram Bangalore-86 Dear madam, Your thinking mode is very correct. Our media objectifies women because they are sick. Look at how they concentrate on reporting rapes. You open a TV or Newspaper all the news is on rapes. Look at how they prioritize. From the point of perpetuation of the race all adults of the mankind, vest with very very high levels of sexual feelings. Some perverts indulge in rapes. All of them are condemnable of course. Indian population is about 130 crores. Such rapes are bound to happen. If such events are not taking place say in a year period then there is something seriously wrong in that society (opinion of an expert). You should report them. If the period of news report is say 30 minutes, some 2 to 3 minutes should be dedicated to them. But look at what is happening. All the 30 minuets are dedicated as if nothing else is happening. As a result look at the title the world has given to India: COUNTRY OF RAPES. It is time our media persons are given some psychiatric counselling. Objectionable News Papers are having responsibility should refrain doing this more
Print and T.V.MEDIA WILL NOT forego business Advts. etc., UNLESS S.C. clarifies their Judgments of 85, 84, 94 to make Media again back to people and national Safety orientation . more
These media people are legally liable for posting objectionable material. But who will file the PIL and follow it? more
Objections - if any - will challenged on the ground of Personal Liberty. Pl. view the recent (Organized) objections on Sensor Board. more
OK but what about those giving such naked poses for money to lid a lavish life style? If any one wants to criticise these acts of the concerned, immediately he or she will attacked by all the so called progressive activists and organisations, who will go to any extent to tarnish the image of the critics as if he or she is the enemy of the women as a whole and the entire mankind. Do not have the families of the concerned models a greater responsibility to draw a 'laxman rekha' for their wards and to ensure compliance to a greater extent? Moreover, we may start a movement against these vulgarities on our news papers/TVs and one day may be succeeded in our efforts but will any one be able to refrain their children from visiting crores of sites worldwide through internet access while today's children at 2.5 to 3 years of age become experts in handling a smart phone? Surprisingly, smart phones have now become the main source for today's parents to entertain and feed their children and almost all children of today have a separate phone set to play through out the day! In my opinion, this matter should get priority. more
There are even challenges by such Evil Women Folk in many incidents . Just Certain Classes of persons Poisoning peace of society and governments while making Police and Mediators earn and enjoy . more
