NEXUS BETWEEN CIPLA LIMITED, DOCTORS AND HOSPITALS INTO DEATH OF MY WIFE FROM DRUG ROKFOS

Dear Sirs,
Death of my wife from sub-standard drug Rokfos manufactured by Cipla Limited to cure stiff neck. This is a cancer drug to be given only once in a year.
This matter is with MoHFW, CDSCO, FDA authorities. Consumer Court has held doctors and hospitals guilty. False death certificate given by Jupiter Hospital is also proved. False explanations by Cipla to FDA has got the company cornered. MOS Health has disclosed to Parliament of manufacture of sub-standard drugs. Ingredients not prescribed, contaminated with potato starch, corn starch, etc. DCGI and FDA authorities are pushing the matter around since many years. I have sent full details to the Hon'ble President, PM and CJI also.
If you can provide me with an e-mail address, i can send full story with evidence documents in one e-mail.
This matter is of grave concern to the health of present and future generations of the people.
Regards

Dear Barkur, Sorry for the untimely death of your wife. you may use other social media to distribute world wide what you have written in the circle, so that people also become aware, some one may come out with similar story and gather momentum to punish the culprits. Normally, court, Govt do not act unless people's pressure become unbearable. more
But what was the final result of your case. Instead of writing to the President & Prime Minister, it would be better to file a case in the Apex Court to get the Company and all the nexus exposed and appropriate punishment awarded with a directive to the government to initiate necessary action against all those sub-standard drug manufacturers and the medical practitioners working as their agents. This would set an example for others as well. more

Yes, this matter is of grave concern to the health of present and future generations of the country. more
It is clear from this incident that everyone and every establishment runs after money creation by whatever means. So in a nutshell, every individual needs to change which should happen on his or her own and not by force. But certainly, harsh punishment to these culprits will bring in change in every individual and hope it lasts long. more
Please see my tweets (@BarkurUmesh) wherein I have appealed to the PM, President, Supreme Court, MoHFW, CDSCO, Drugs Controller General of India and the Media. This could be the first time that a multinational pharma company has been caught red-handed playing with innocent lives in nexus with doctors/hospitals. It is a shame that this is fully supported by FDA authorities. Journalists and senior editors from leading newspapers have taken the full story of my criminal complaints with FDA and Mumbai Police. Also Order by the Consumer Court holding doctors and hospitals “Guilty” of causing death of my wife from drug Rokfos manufactured by Cipla. Some came to my house and wanted to publish this story in the larger interest of the citizens. Cipla not only managed to silence FDA and drug control authorities but also the Media. We have to appeal to the Central government to bring in the proposed amendments to Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the Draft Pharma Policy proposed by Dept of Pharmaceuticals four years back. The bureaucrats are aware of the rampant malpractices by pharma companies and had proposed a marketing ban of one year for violations and confiscation of best selling brands to be handed over to govt hospitals. This should be enforced upon Cipla Limited at the earliest. more
