Nexus between Politician and Builder
Dear Residents on Gurgaon,
We the middle class and educated citizens of free INDIA were happy when BJP came as an alternate to Congress in Haryana. Thought "Acche Din " have finally come and this new and upcoming Gurgaon city will become more vibrant and BJP will be able to reign the builders.
But also who knew we will be sinking deeper in the quick sand. I refer to a very peculiar case where BJP is giving more importance to family then to the entire vote bank ( us residents ). Haryana BJP, is scared to reign this politician. He and his builder ( a family member ) is allowed to misuse the district police and administration to do all sort of atrocities on the residents. Police is forced to file false FIR's against women of the colony. The list of atrocities with the help of police and administration goes as under:
1. False FIR on residents.
2. DTCP giving false permission to alter the boundary of the colony after 12 years of existence.
3. Authorities allowing and signing all papers which favour builder.
4. Authorities making relatives of the builder make a RWA even though they owe no flat in the building. This is done so that builder can usurp more land by making RWA sign on the papers.
5. Builder collects the electricity charges from the residents on monthly basis but does not deposit with DHBVN. As a result DHBVN disconnects the electricity every month. But DHBVN is not allowed to transfer the connection in the name of RWA. Why?
The builder in discussion is Shri Raj Singh Gehlo, builder of Ambience and the politician in discussion is Shri Capt. Abhimanyu. They are "samdhis" hence it is a family.
Mr. Gehlot has done everything illegal, he has encroached upon the govt land in front of the Ambience Mall, Gurgaon which has resulted in a big bottleneck. Dispite of the court order, administration is unable to take this land from Mr. Gehlot. BJP is not bothered if millions of commuters are at a discomfort everyday.
We have met CM, written to PM but till date no relief has come. Builder under the patronage of Capt. Abhimanyu continues to run his fiefdom.
BJP is allowing the old Zamindari system to come back through back door and allowing Mr. Gehlot to collect "Laagan".
Question is if BJP is so scared of Capt. Abhimanyu then why should "we educated" people let such politicians and builders control our life?
Congress allowed Vadhra to run free in Gurgaon and now BJP is allowing Gehlot to do the same.
Is BJP so handicapped that they can afford to loose thousands of votes but not tell Abhimanyu to back off and stop Gehlot from using the police and administration and doing all illegal things???? more

Until unless there is a mass movement against corruption, it will prevail, because we all are lazy & easy going people who would prefer to pay easy money to get anything done rather than taking a little trouble & questioning. more

Dear residents as we all are aware that now a days Complaints /FIR are being lodged by the peoples against the various Builders who have cheated Public in one or another way, we have also been cheated by a Builder ERALAND MARKS now renamed ADEL LAND MARKS for a project in sector 103, GURGAON Police is not taking any action even after submitting all the documents and requested for lodging a FIR . when we met the police department for status of the case the police officer was behaving like an representative of Builder. and he was advocating for Builder,so it is not only the Politicians but Police is also protecting such Builders. The Government departments like Town and Country Planning Department of Haryana is also not discharging his Prime duty in such cases ,who is noddle agency. more

In India institutions are not strong power grabbing individuals right from Jiju to Abhimanyu, Khujliwala are strong. Institutions bow before them lick their toes whatever. Because we believe money & power comes through connection. Law can be easily twisted to exploit Aam Aadmi like us. Earlier builder used to abscond with money now he is front of you and tum uska bigadana to dur usse unchi awaz me baat nahi kar sakte. They have police on their side, I remember there was protest in Jan-feb against Bptp office by sharif individuals and police was deployed to bully people. They were just holding placard, what more this honest citizens could have done, they were mainly Sr. Citizens. Builders have a legal team to fight us. Until institutions are made strong and treat everyone the same. This torture of janta will continue!!! more

I feel pity on so called middle class educated class of our society,who elect a candidate who just six months prior to the election was part of most corrupt and chor party but immediate after joining BJP become a character and clean like every things gets clean with water of Ganges...I was surprised on so called illiterate educated who shouted modi modi ..when he flagged green flag to Vaishno Devi shrine train..like he gets completed in 15 days after he sworn in..i feel ashamed when they shout modi modi when he declare to world that they got Mangal yaan on mangal planet at PKM cost less than auto rickshaw...i feel shocked that people understand that 1st aircraft carrier launched was the Gift of BJP to nation...Congress was corrupt hence they ggot the verdict against them but ...alas HAMAAM ME SAB NANGEY. Those who had seen the video clip of a minister telling shut up to the Lady IPS officer...those illiterate leaders leads the masses..and you and me gonna suffer forever more

Asim, I have already suggested a "solution"..... why do you need a "intellectual"..... you see what they did to The Constitution the last time... THEY PRODUCED SOMETHING NO ONE UNDERSTANDS AND HANDED OVER YOUR COUNTRY TO THE ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS.... WHO HZVE FORGOTTEN THD AAM AADMI/AURAT..... COMPLETLY AND ABSOLUTELY..... We must ALL learn from our past mistakes..... and if it makes you happy.... just consider me as an "intellectual" and MOVE FORWARD.....not look around you for an "intellectual"....... Believe me, The Mahatma was NOT AN INTELLECTUAL.... he just saw wrong and wanted to right it..... just like Buddha saw suffering and wanted to just end it...... did they "look for intellectuals"...... they looked within.... and that will be your/our road to a real democracy by, for and of the people... intellectuals can join but not lead if we have learnt our lessons from the past...!!!! more
