i know that i have stopped going out for morning walk due to fear of dogs. there are hundreds like me who are trapped in their homes for no fault of theirs. SAD more
I agree. RML Hospital on behalf of Govt provides injection worth Rs. 18,000 daily to about 200 patients. Everything is right at its right place. We cannot let our children die to protect dogs. Obviously Animal rights are important but not at the cost of human rights. Only our country has this kind of restrictions causing concern or public safety. But, others perform better even in treatment of their dogs. They do not let them lose (even pet dogs we see are let lose by their owners in parks). This is Rowdy behaviour not animal love more
