Actually this is a recommendation from LG who cleared the file. Who is this LG? Imported and thrust on Delhi. Does he have idea of how bad it is on road with most youths forming own gangs...a bike gang, high speed cars gang...add to this sloshed and drunk drivers and you have a recipe for disaster. Even otherwise after 11:00 P.M. Delhi roads are unsafe....so the nightlife is bound to take many lives as the spectacle of this immature decision would even put the cops in mental depression. more

Must have received kickbacks from all these concerned. Lawlessness will increase in Delhi. Without police permission I don't think it is workable. more
