No alcohol post vaccine

Everyone who takes vaccine - no alcohol for a week before and 2 weeks after the vaccine. And even outside of this timeframe, limit it to 2 drinks/day and 10/week.

Alcohol numbs T-cells, causes liver inflammation and changes gut bacteria — all vital for developing immunity. These effects last for several days.

Please reconfirm before posting. Interaction of normal dose of alcohol does not change effectiveness of Vaccine. Heavy drinking is not good for any one whether vaccinating or not. more  
Dr. V.G., a 75 year old close friend of mine has gone for the Jab.He drinks every day and sure he was drinking the past 7 days also.I am not able to get him on phone.He has gone without appointment,so must be in the Q .Should some one go in person to stop him from taking. more  
Alcohol is a neurotoxin. Beyond the very minimum, on rare occasions, it damages the immune system. more  
An advice may be either of 1) Beneficial,or 2) Neutral,or 3) Detrimental. Since the last one need be definitely precluded, acceptance of this advice may be either beneficial or neutral. Therefore, there is no harm to accept the advice. Safety or precautions have no alternative. Further, the advice given has scientific basis. All medical/scientific opinions, having scientific basis, need not await experimental verification. One don't ask for a proof of fatality risk if jumped before a running vehicle! more
