Like many govt jobs are done thru the contract jobs, many builders including the PRADHANMANTRI AWAS YOJNA , CONTRATORS APPOINTS MARKETING COMPANIES WHO DO THE MARKETING CAMPAIGN and there is no restrction on them , including the BROKERS who deals in property, In developed countries even such brokers also have to take license after passing the EXAMINATION like any entrance test and unless one qualifies he/she cannot do the ESTATE AGENTS JOB OR RUN OFFICE .
The other importnat aspect of your information is now a days if you read the property advts,. all builders only DESCTIBES THE COSMETIC FEATURES OF THEIR PROPERTY LIKE. DESIGNER GATE, CHILDREN PLAY AREA, CLUB HOUSE, GYMNESIUM, ETC;ETC;ETC, ARE WE GOING TO BUY A HOUSE OR FLAT or buying the DESIGNER GATE, SECURITY CABIN, CLUB HOUSE , SWIMMING POOL .............? THEY NEVER DESCRIBE THE STANDAARDS, WHAT PROVIDED IN THE APPT. OR TENAMANTS, WHAT TYPE OF MATERIAL IS USED, WHAT ARE THE FIRE & SAFETY PROVISIONS, WHAT ARE THE SAFETY PROVISIONS FOR SENIOR CITIZENS WHO SWANTS TO DWELL THAT PROPERTY?

In developed countries the bathrooms floors never get wet?so it is safe one will not skid on the floor, oreven providing walk in BATH TUBS WITH A SEAT , SO THAT A SENIOR CITIZEN CAN SAFELY TAKE BATH.
