Good move by the Govt. No builder can give ads of their real estate projects without registration with the Real Estate Regulator. This is very good as many builders lure customers with misleading ads. more

Why not have a National Registry where all data about each builder, at each location & scheme be created? Even a Time Delivery rating can be provided. Govt needs to do this as very much part of their duty. more

The advertisements should also mention that their project has been registered with RER. Moreover, the registration no. and date should also be mentioned there itself. This will enable interested parties to confirm on the RER web site. more
