Unless concluded whitepapers on Reforms pertinent to Electioneering, E.C., Political Parties, Elected Members Performance are enacted, Executive and E.C. prefer strict implementation, this Provision of Courts also cannot deliver Justified Political Rule in the Country. This is the need of the hour for a real result of Indian Democratic Rule please . more

For this, there is compulsory need of a Constitutional Body in the name of 'National Administrative Body' comprising PM, CVC, addl. CJI, President of Press Council with powers mandating all the Constitutional Bodies including those in Governance and Private Sector.
The earlier CJI also preferred a joint meet between Judiciary and Executive after conclusion of Bangalore Meeting of PM, CJI and others. As had been proved, No individual Body of the Constitution could really carry the Constitutional mandates and Provisions to its Citizen.
We and the Country have witnessed the deep concerns of Prime Minister, President of India and, the Chief Judges of Supreme Court during 2015, '6, 17, and, this the 2018. This itself prove, tender and mandate such a Joint Body to bring in one line, the individual Constitutional Bodies AND THIS IS ONLY REMEDY to have good governance under the diplomacy set in concluding the Constitution.
This ' National Administrative Body ' can stand as seconding support of people's right of Vote since this most important and vital Purpose, Objective and Concept of Vote by Indian Citizens . It is proved that this right and its concept that confined, quoted and deliberated by Dr. B.R.Ambedkar also had been mislead in the Politically opted system of our democracy since the 2nd Decade. more

These Courts are to act mostly on Suo-Motu recognizing the news from Print and Electronic Media since E.C. periodically declare the volume of Cash and gifts Seized ; and, the quantity of Liquor Seized . The issues of Criminal record of the Contestants and penalties there on are also to be taken up mostly on Suo-Motu. The purpose of establishment of Special Courts to take up the cases of Politicians is differently purposed for conducting Speed Trials on the allegations/Reports while they are in Power. more
