No drinking, no smoking...
While it may be so-to-say impossible to attain this feat, we need to eat healthy food chewing well every bite of it, drink enough water, go on a morning walk, do exercises, and keep our mind calm...besides keeping our eyes healthy as most of what we learn or do depends a great deal on a pair of healthy eyes!
