No Dual MRP rule shattered into pieces
See how Himalayan water company owned by Tatas (supposed to be ethical group) is shattering the duam mrp law.
The 500 ml plastic bottle sells for 30 rupees. Same bottle sells inside a mall: airport for 50.
Now a new bottle made of glass (attached picture) with only 300 ml water is selling for 100 rupees.
If this isnt enough for LM controllers to go do theit job, I dont know what is. more

The reason is simple . shouldn't be shouted on prices. The tea on Handcart is Costing Ts. 10 /00 . same tea in Hotel is Costing Rs. 25 /00 + GST , In three Star : rs. 150 +++ & In 5 star Rs. 350 +++ . It is their prices. If you have capacity Go to Five Star Hotel or simple hotel or Thela on Handcraft. Nano is Costing rs. 2.30lakhs & HEXA is around 12.00 lakhs. Both are cars ,but Much Price difference. why ???? think & shout. more

Yes. I agree with Sandhya Agarwal. How can a water bottle get to be charged more just because it is sold inside an Airport? A plate of Idly-vada combo for instance costs a massive 238/- inside an airport. Is it that these outlets feel that they can rob the customers because they can afford to fly and so why not pay a huge for the same items which they can get to buy for a fraction of the price outside? This loot has to stop. more

The same is happening in hotels wrt to bottled water, liquor and other snacks. The exact rules or MRP should be widely circulated by the dept of weights and measures more

This is the result of Supreme Court judgement. The government should come out with a notification in this regard. more
