NO FIR & wrong sections by POLICE.
A woman who is Doctor, was thrashed by her husband & inlaws with help of 15-20 goons in BHUSAVAL when she had gone to meet her kids. This woman is seeking justice when she was thrown out of her house after 11 yrs of her marriage . Her husband is doctor in BHUSAVAL& well known. She is residing in NASIK. Goons twisted her arms & manhandled her. She had gone to police station but police under influence of LOCAL DOCTOR ( her husband) just registered NC not FIR . It was very mild. She was insisting for section 354 but NC is under 323. This is clear partiality of police station in charge PSI Sarode.Many of the goons mentioned by this woman did not apear in the NC. She in rush to come back to nasik neglected details in NC.
What can be done to bring all these influential people thinking LAW at their backyard ? more

It is the fact in general that Police generally are ready to help and helpful to the effect, in all other matters it is the OPEN SECRETE. In the present matter either you can approach to the higher-up's and /or lodge private complaint, subject to spearing time, money and efforts. Experiences and sufferings of "Dr. Neelam Nath" - sadly to say - may be true, BUT the fact remained same that there is NO ALTERNATIVE as we don't have alternate to POLICE. Only remedy to knock the door for Justice wherein also the Black ship prevails. more

I have full sympathy with the lady, but I would like to comment as follows: 1. Being Doctor, she is well educated. If she wanted to meet children, she should have taken prior permission from a court. In that case, no one could have stopped her. 2. FIR cannot be lodged unless the offence is cognizable. If any injury was observed on her person, FIR could have been lodged. 3. As future remedy, file a case in court seeking custody of minor children. I may be wrong in my views, but I have commented based on my little-bit knowledge about the legal procedures. If I am mistaken, I tender my apologies in advance. more

Some lawyers feel that they can fleece educated women too. More degrees give them sadist pleasure at the cost of an already abused woman. I have been through worst nightmare created out of imagination of a lawyer. Ultimately I had to fight my own case as a citizen and got same 'Shiksha' From the learned Judge that how come educated women too get trapped by lawyers. Sir it is not easy being a woman who has to hop from one office to another while lawyer after charging @ lakhs is at home in AC environment Spending time with his Yes Women! more

She must simultaneously send a detailed representation to the SP of the District, DG of the State, Women Commission, National Commission for Women and the NHRC besides filing the case before the magistrate to build an atmosphere as the husband is highly influential. Unless publicity is given, police and judiciary will not deliver the justice more

How Come The Originals Surfaced as Directed by the SDM ( BTW it was a battle which lasted for 3 years and 4 Judges Agreed that I was Being Manipulated & I Never Used My Gender to Punish This Lawyer like other women in his both Pockets do to Earn Extra Bucks. Modus Operandi-Blackmail by using women & policewomen of bad reputation to evict tenants, to Grab Properties of Widows & Other Seniors, By creating Rifts among children so that Pockets of Lawyer & co keep getting fatter.

2 sets of identical papers were made on stamp paper at Mehrauli-Office of Registrar. One had word 'Relinquishment' and other set had word 'Gift'. My married daughters signed on both papers in good faith.Within a week I got a notice from Office of area SDM to pat 'Gift Tax'@4% for flat in greater kailash-1 ,otherwise it would be Taken over by?? Goons followed me to 'Settle' the Case by paying them 10 lakhs ++when There Was No Case as Blood Relations like own daughters Relinquish & Do No tgive a Gift their mother.
This was a warning to other Vulnerable Seniors & was Covered by Media also. more

She should approach the SDM of her area and use her rights as Citizen of country to represent her own case. This is how My Judgement was Delivered at home after being entrapped in a False Case slapped on me during the most vulnerable time of my life-Heart surgery followed by sudden death of husband instate. Tried NCW etc.Only to be labelled Mad by this lawyer who wanted to fleece me @ crores after extracting Lakhs. Judiciary May or May Not be Corrupt but People whom we Trust & Pay May Not Be Holding any Degrees & the Legacy passes on to 5th grade failed person to represent as a 'Lawyer' more

Some police personal can be Influenced. Not all though After marriage of my 3 rd daughter at ISKCON, 10 years ago, a week later, this person with criminal record sent a police man to my flat at middle of night to check my activity being a woman doctor, under general presumption that All Women Doctors are Bad I thought that there's mistake But the criminal came down and admitted that He Had Called the Police to Harass me Jealousy? The respected lady must file the complaint with the Magistrate of the area for directing Police Authorities to register FIR as it is. Simultaneously, as far as possible, must meet personally and handover a detailed representation to the Dy. SP, SP of the District, DG - Police of the State, Women Right Commission, National Right Commission for Women. She may send copy of the representation to local news papers for building right sympathy. more
