No improvement in services

I have written several times in this regards. I think that you are casual traveller that's why you have come across such problem for the first time. This is a routine problem of passengers. It appears that Railways top brass is in-active as before so far as improvement in service is concerned whether physical or computerisation. They promptly act on instructions of Minister where fare is to be increased. In all other cases they haven't shown any improvement so far. So go on bearing such problems and wait for increase in fare any time. They are neither going to increase their efficiency nor taking any step to curb corruption in system. more  

Railway is concentrating their entire energy in corruption and Hafftta vasuli. We are paying Railway Babus for corruption and Hafftta.Nothing will change. Take care, RPF/ GRP nad babus may attack you. more  
It is high time Railway Board to be abolished and alternative platform to be created. more  
I am travelling in 12192 from JBP to NZM in 2A on Tatkal ticket PNR 8658557513. All 3 berths are upper berths and all the e passengers are Sr. citizens. I had booked journey ticket on 1/4/2017 in 22181 in 2A with RAC 9, 10 status and wt. list 5 for 3rd passenger but status remained unconfirmed so I had to cancel tickets on 29/04/2017 and got confirmed Tatkal ticket all upper births for Sr. Citizens. Railway does not honour the commitment of its Minister Shri Prabhu who says that lower berths will be allotted to Sr.. Citizens. more
