No law supports men? Why?

I fully endorse view and also greviances of my Male brothers and particularyly army man. However u may say anything and till in natural way Women are weak and need extra support. Hence certain law are made totally in their favour which of course are highly discriminative and also baised. But the culprits are Police Agencies who are either not well equipments and not highly qualified it is need of hours to dilute their powers in criminal cases relating to cruelty dowry or marriage related issued. When there are family court why we need criminal court for marriage related issue You cannot have every court to take up such matters as it is wate of time and money. I think family court should be abolished if matters are to be dealt from criminal angle. more  

The police know how to change the rules and regulations. It is true that nowadays after marriage we should always have proof of all things. But how do the police raise money for a long period of time they know very well. Even if you, why not be give the evidences of your innocence And if came pressure of the women's movement then just God will be saved. पुरुष हमेशा आखिरी समय तक कोशिश करता ही है शादी और इज्जत बचाने का मगर पुलिस व कोर्ट चक्कर के बाद सब रास्ते बंद हो जाते है। more  

1. The Government while codified the Hindu Marriage Law in 1955 , brought in Succession and Inheritance Act in 1956 so socially secured and also set wisely the issue of Landed Property while specifying in the Land Ceiling Acts of 1960s and 70s allowing the Family Unit comprising of 5 members and Land Holdings were legally addressed considering the Real and prompt concept of Family , Male and Female that was well carried and organized in practice . 2. The issues caused for increased divorces and calamities in Womenfolk mainly on Religious conversions caused unrest and created hurdles in INDIAN FAMILY LIFE LEAD but also lead to increased options towards contractual marriages at will . Supreme Court also identified and directed in 1991-93 itself to work for implementing Uniform Civil Code to reduce the Cases and Calamities of Female in Indian Society . 3. The 2005 amendment in Succession and Inheritance Act 1956 created additional rights to Female in the name of Daughters of a Family as equally as Male / Sons . This had created Fictitious ambition in many Male members of Modern Style of living while equally hiked the attitude of individualism in Female aspirants . The added property rights to Female from Parents also IN ADDITION TO THOSE ALREADY VESTED FROM HER HUSBAND The STREEDHANA / PASUPUKUMKUMA , GIFTS & ANY SELF ACQUIRED property naturally to the Female only . This had made the share of Male / Sons reduced though their responsibility to maintain their own Family and Parents rests and continued as the same . 4. This , in addition to the changed livelihood with comforts , added individual interests well as liberations from the other forms of Marriage , increased the individual and moderate thoughts and there had become an abnormal increase in the issues of Divorce etc., which added the issue of Marriages opting from Marriage Bureau systems etc., delinked the concept of Family and carry of Marital Life that was in its System . [ The Women Divorce , Atrocities , Purchase and Export altogether with the Expenses added with abortions , killings in days of birth , sale of he and she babies even lead the Female Gender into even downward direction in population ] . The Section 498 a , the Supreme Court suggestions and directions to save Women from all ill-treats and divorces , finally also could not achieve the object of avoidance of Menace of Marital Life in India though Family Courts and other means are made operative . 5. If we observe , there was increase in the issues of Divorce from 2005 and there is a decrease of women harassment from 2015 . The reason for increase in divorce is as said in point 3 and 4 . Whereas the decrease in Women harassment is due to the impact of strict laws of Domestic Violence etc., and the strict and committed execution of the present GOI plans as well as the very fact of self realization in the Society which was disturbed from 2005 . The issues of Acid attacks , Preferring Divorce staging some thing or the other by both male or female folk are mainly and in majority due to the Love and affections on combined living / close movement ;; due to the Money , Property as found in number of cases and , at the issue of individualism etc., opted as presented in point 4. THIS IS WHY , THERE IS ABSOLUTE NEED OF ENLIGHTENING THE NEED OF SELF CONTROL , LOYAL AND ROYAL LIFE-LEAD BESIDES THE VERY CONCEPT OF " FAMILY LIFE IN INDIA " and the " WOMEN SAFETY LINKED FAMILY TIE-UPS WHICH DO NOT GIVE WAY FOR DEVALUATION OR DEVOLUTION . There is also necessity to understand with social spirit and moral commitment to the issue of UNIFORM CIVIL CODE that was in 1991-92 , now in 2016 advised the Indian Governments listing more than 4 examples . To say the fact , the moral and social tendency and commitment has been lost due to the different laws of Family System which poisoned the minds of both Men with their options and , the Female due to the weapons set . SOCIAL AWARENESS AS WELL AS STRINGENT AND TIME-BOUND PUNISHMENT WHOEVER LODGE WRONG CASE OR PROVED THE CULPRIT . The time shall not increase more than 60 days since none is illiterate if we see the Divorce Cases . more  

Sec 498 A & 406 are pro women and non bailable offence and men are never heard once case is registered under these sections. It's painful that our constitution give equal rights to both men & women but during framing these sections constitution was ignored . These sections were adopted for benefit of women who go through menace of Dowry & Domestic violence but after lapse of time now a days it's widely misused for making money & destroying family system of our society on false pretexts. Time to time Supreme court took cognizance and issued orders to state judiciary & Police but still menace is on.Reporting of Actual women suffering from Dowry & Domestic violence are very few who seek the redressal but number of false case are very high by virtue of which families are breaking on petty issues which can be resolved,police of Mahila thana/ CAW cell & Lawyers are fully involved and making money . In view of the above Govt should make these sections bailable ,so that police & complainant women cannot misuse them,both men and women should be heard , cognizance of men submissions and proofs should be take care off by police and if women found guilty same punishment should be accorded as fixed for men. more
