No Law supports men
Mr. Atin, for the general people, since society observed that women are weaker, laws were drafted to safeguard their life and property, however some of them might be misusing the law to satiate their personal agenda. It does not mean that law does not support men, if you are right, please do not give in to threats and report abuse of law to the relevant authority, take help of social organisations if required, But do not give up on the legal system, the cops might be corrupt, the lawyers might be manipulators but the laws are not. However one should keep in mind there is something called background checks through locals, acquaintances and relatives that should be conducted before going ahead with a marriage proposal, even if there is a iota of a doubt, please do not consume the marriage and save yourself and your families a lot of possible problems. The situation is changing as verdicts of SC to some extend unveiling the Veil and gives relief to the man also. But it is time, money and efforts which costs. more

Atin, think twice before marrying. Laws are against u, police is against u and your family, courts have a software which auto delivers a judgement against husband. 80% of judgements are against husbands. In 20% cases, Hon Judges respects the man, instead of the law. If u are an LLB and want to succeed, then take up a woman's case in a family court or take up a case of a consumer in a consumer court.
