No MRP on the packaging

Dear Sir,

I ordered / bought a Mini Heat Sealer seeing the video on their website. When I recd. the same, I saw that the product is not working at all. The product does not seal at all. The product is not at all like the one on the site. For returning their product on their website https://shoppingperks.in/policies/refund-policy they asked to send e-mail to returns@shoppingerks.in the mail came back. Then thought it would be a typing error so sent the mail on returns@shoppingperks.in & that mail also came back. Then send 4 to 5 mails on e-mail id support@shoppingperks.in but they have not got back. Also on the packing or their website its not mentioned where the product is made & also no MRP on the packing. Can you'll please contact them or even block their website so other don't fall prey to this scam. more

You have not mentioned, from whom you have purchased ? Who ever may be the seller, it is not at all a good practice and MRP enforcement department should stop such practices. more

It may be possible to take it up as a cyber crime. Please check it out more

Please take it up with the Central Consumer Protection Authority to take it up with appropriate agencies to catch the culprit. This is a serious fraud. Please take it up promptly without further delay. more
