NO RELIEF FROM JUDICIARY
Courts have become the ‘LOST RESORT’ for justice.
Writ filed by a central public sector organization in the year 2015 against the payment of gratuity ordered by the Controlling Authority and upheld by the appellate Authority.
The poor person involved is a retired employee.
The writ is listed, but not reaches the hearing. Then the case is in the list for a few weeks. Then it disappears.
Advocate tells that he is helpless.
Adjournment granted at the request of the petitioner advocate.
Are we to live at the mercy of the courts? There is no compassion in the courts. Cases are seen as ‘ a piece of work’ and it receives attention at the whims and fancy of the court. If not so why the listed case disappears
If the person, a senior citizen dies, then all formalities to include the legal heir in the case for that money is needed.
Is this not disgusting? more

Probably, our judiciary, which was, so far, able to keep it beyond political interference, is slowly succumbing to its pressure! Its a matter of great concern that all the political parties create unpreventable pressure over the judiciary to hush up the misdeeds of their party people, many of which are accused of criminal activities and many a time they are succeeded in their evil attempts. If the trends continue, the common man will lose all the hope and confidence over this institution. more

Executive decades together ignored enforcing Law and Justice while Legislatures made Executive work for its goals and this has cornered JUDICIARY. Now, everyone of Politics, Governance, Public Administration, Law and Justice, Businessmen those set in nexus are afraid of Indian Judiciary anticipating its resort to ultimate highlight of Pakisthan Supreme Court .
Afraid is the effect of Corrupted and Black Money found/ identified /located while on Demonetization campaign and the later on captures and raids seizing thousands of Crores every quarterly in 1917 that will continue fast now . more

न्यायपालिका ही कहाँ अपने को सुधारणा चाहती है -वे भी राजनीतिक उठा पटक मे हिस्सा बन कर कार्य पालिका के काम मे दखलंदाज़ी करती है और अपने उन आकाओं को खुश करने की कोशिश मे लगी रहती है जिनकी वजह से वे वहाँ पहुंचे है - न्यायपालिका को जबाबदेह बनाना होगा की उसके निर्णय का आधार क्या है जिसमे उच्च वर्ग के सामने कानून बौना दिखता ही नहीं है भी । more

Our Politicians do not want improvement in system of judiciary, because if it happens, most of politicians will be behind BARS. Most politicians have cases pending against them. more

Humanity is vapourising fast at all levels mainly for our materialistic world view. Burden of courts is becoming overwhelming mostly due to own_back_saving orders passed by lower authorities including Tribunals. Fallout is perpetually on the helpless. Nothing will change till the values do. more
