Supply and demand. Nothing you can do. Government should not interfere in market economy. more
How can a consumer profiteer!! Consumer is wasting his money, and the seller is profiteering. more
Those who have plenty of easy money are paying such rents or tickets. Why we should worry about them. Common man has nothing to do with this offered loot. more
I wouldn't care about people who can afford to spend big money on a cricket match. However, I am very concerned about how this kind of scenario affects people who are going about their business as usual. Just imagine if someone has a business visit or someone is admitted to hospital or there is some family emergency. How will the average person manage? This one-track bogie of a "free market" will decimate normal life!! This is anarchy in the guise of a free market. It will hit cities that are close by as well - Vadodara, Anand, Gandhinagar, Surendranagar, Nadiad etc which are in a 100 km radius will meet the same fate. more
Is spending for a hyped entertainment event, like a game, overall productive for nation? more
