No updates from EPFO office on my PF Transfer from old to new company
Hi,
I worked in Tech Mahindra, Hyderabad till Jan 2018.
Prior to that, I worked for HCL Technologies, Noida.
In 2016, I requested (thru TechM PF Department) to HCL for my PF Transfer to my new TechM PF Account. I got to know from HCL in 2017, that they have already deposited a cheque into Pune EPFO Regional office where TechM is registered as an Employer.
But, Neither I received any update from Pune EPFO office nor I could see any such amount credited into PF Statement.
Please suggest me, how to get an update/confirmation on that PF amount from Pune EPFO office.
How can I raise a complaint or Escalate?
